HANNAH MOOMAW PHOTOGRAPHY LLC has set sessions to be a non-refundable retainer fee. Payment is due before capturing session in full. The Sessions are nonrefundable retainer fee as well.Located shoots are in Winchester. If further -we will discuss. Payment accepted: Cash, Zelle, or Apple Pay(extra $10 charge fee) . Please be respectful to be on time or 10 mins early, as others have also lined up for photos/other obligations. If you are late - please know this cuts into your session time. All images are emailed (Samsung) or via text (iPhone). For an extra fee- if wanting on a stick drive your images, there is an additional $20 charge. Once you've received your nonrefundable images , I no longer keep your images on file. you are responsible for your images- so please purchase a stick drive copy for safe backup or back up your photos yourself! If you need to cancel - please cancel at a 48 hour notice. If no communication within 24 Hours of checking in , I will consider it a cancellation. If wanting to reschedule your first booked date missed, You will have to pay another nonrefundable retainer fee to rebook a date. Due to many no shows or little communication, please be considerate of talent, time/other obligations. If you need to please leave a message, I will get back asap. Session fees do not include sales tax. All images belong to HANNAH MOOMAW PHOTOGRAPHY LLC and may be used as advertisement, website, magazines or any other social media to promote business via signed contract. Please note it is illegal to reuse the images retouched/raw images to give to another photographer . I ask when promoting/sharing images online, -please note that when you sign the release form- that the photos are taken by (Property of) HANNAH MOOMAW PHOTOGRAPHY LLC to share with others. Please do not remove the water mark online. All edited photos are done within a week time frame. Wedding photos- depending on other obligations-can take up to 4-6weeks. I Will stay in communication with the work and when to receive. when you sign all rights for the contract-you're accepting this policy and agreeing. If someone does not want their photos published please let me know at the session (Ex: Doesnt want a child posted on the internet for everyone to see them) I will respectfully - not post the pictures- if requested. If not wanting any of your photos published, please sign the Non Publication Contract. *I am Not held reliable if someone is not involved in pictures/your own photos are stolen from your self promoting/not discussing certain members in the photos. * *When signing the Wedding Contract or other contracts- you are agreeing to the given info, agreeing to the policy, and you do not hold the photographer responsible. * I look forward to doing work with you!
